Delivery Phases

- Shipping Time: Begins after processing and depends on the shipping method and your location.
- Our order cutoff time follows (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.
Please note that deliveries may take longer during busy seasons and promotions.
We work with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Delivery times combine both processing and shipping durations.

Tracking Your Package

Shipping Delays
- If your order isn’t delivered within 45 days, contact us for a full refund.

Undelivered Packages
- If tracking says “delivered” but you can’t find your package, check the delivery area first, then contact the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses
- We can’t guarantee delivery to incorrect addresses. Double-check your details at checkout and notify us right away if there’s an error.
