Order Changes & Exchanges
Please review your order details carefully, including size, design, and quantity, before confirming. Once an order is placed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, design, or address.
However, you have 6 hours from the time you place your order to cancel and reorder if needed. If you have questions before ordering, feel free to contact us. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Canceling Orders
You have a 6-hour window to cancel your order. If the request comes after this, the order may already be processed or shipped.
A 10% cancellation fee will apply to any canceled order. To cancel, email us at [email protected].
Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. After this period, returns or refunds will no longer be possible.
Eligible Reasons for Returns
- Item arrived damaged
- Wrong design, size, or material
- Incorrect product received
- Item doesn’t match the product description
Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be in original condition and packaging.
- Must not be worn, washed, or altered.
- Tags should remain attached.
- Only defects caused by us are eligible.

- Shipping label/receipt
- Proof of purchase
- Evidence of defects (photos/screenshots)

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, it may take up to 2 business days to process your refund. You’ll be notified via email, and a full refund, including any original shipping fees, will be issued.
